Let's do lunch.

Ahh, lunch.  Finally, a chance to sit down for more than the proverbial "lunch moment" that my teaching schedule permitted.  This was an actual meal, eaten on a china plate with real silverware.  Tuna and white bean salad, diced avocado and tomato, carrot salad, toasted English muffin with almond butter - and another cup of tea (my 4th of the day).  I lit a candle (it's a fairly dark winter day) and gazed across the table at my dining companion.  No more packing up little containers of leftovers the night before.  One regret - in my 20 years of teaching, I never once bought lunch in the cafeteria (just out of curiosity, to see where it fell on the edibility scale).
